Shipping Policies

• Although all our medications are made in India, and in order to provide a faster shipping, Sildenafil Citrate, Tadalafil, Finasteride, Tramadol and Rimonabant are shipped from our Hong Kong facility, and usually take 8-18 business days to be received in the USA/Europe (from the moment it is shipped). Average delivery time for these medications is 10 business days
• The rest of medications are shipped from our India facility and usually takes about 16 business days for the orders to be received (from the moment is shipped)
• We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday
• We will not process or ship orders to a P.O. BOX or A.P.Os
• Please allow 48 hours for processing before order ships (weekends excluded)
• Shipping durations are based on week days
• If extra identification is required to process you order, please calculate arrival time starting 24 hours after information has been successfully received by our billing department
• If billing information or shipping addresses are incomplete, calculate arrival time starting 24 hours from the time the correct information has been supplied to our billing department
• If shipping address provided is typed wrong, the order will get lost. Since we do not offer a 'return to sender' policy, the customer would have to place a new order again. Please double check the address before submitting the order and if you find any mistake, please contact us by phone or chat within 12 hours from the moment you submitted the order
• Orders with more than 150-180 pills will be sent in 2 different shipments and they may not arrive the same day
• If billing and shipping address are different we will ask for further identification and email will be sent with instructions
• We do not ship to high risk countries such us Nigeria, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Ukraine, Namibia, Thailand, Salvador, Cambodia, Oman, Morroco, Congo, Algeria, Angola, Afghanistan, Belarus, Haiti, Kenya, Nicaragua, Zimbawe, Uganda, Sudan, Sierra Leone, and Rwanda
• If your order does not arrive within 20 business days, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct. If a mistake was made in the address, you will have to pay 50% of the value of the order and the shipping fee again if you want us to reprocess your order

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that you input a valid shipping address in your order form. We strongly recommend you double check your order information before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If after you have placed your order, you notice that the address was specified incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you can to inform us using our ticketing system.

Packaging

Your medication is discreetly packaged to protect your privacy and security. We do not send commercial packaging or invoice with the order, only the strips with the tablets will be sent.
